Return Policy (USA)

We accept returns for orders placed within the United States. You have 30 days from the date you receive your ceramic mug to initiate a return, with no conditions. (Return method: mail)

Return Conditions

  • The ceramic mug must be in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Any tags or labels that came with the product must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase or a receipt is required.

How to Make a Return

  2. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the ceramic mug back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect ceramic mug, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Personal Reasons: If you purchased the wrong mug or no longer want it, we will also cover the return shipping.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your ceramic mug immediately upon receipt. If your mug is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, contact us right away, and we will help resolve the issue.

What if the Product is Defective?

If you receive a defective ceramic mug, we will either replace it or issue a full refund. Please reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll provide two options after verifying the issue: send a replacement mug or give you a full refund.

Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange your ceramic mug for a different one, please return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
